How soon can our club start?

This is the easiest fundraiser your soccer club will ever do! When you sign up you will receive your first email to send to your club members. You can be fundraising in 15 minutes!

How much of my time will this fundraiser take?

In addition to the initial email you also send two follow up emails to your club members. Beyond that the only additional time required is if your club chooses the Free Bulk Shipping option. In that case you or a club volunteer agrees to take shipment of all books ordered for subsequent pickup by your club members. See below for more about Free Bulk Shipping and Handling.

How do the emails work?

Each email includes a brief description of the fundraising project and your unique club code. Your club members-and friends who share the email-will be asked to buy a copy of Portrait of Passion online at www.portraitofpassion.com and insert your club code during the ordering process. A portion of the sale price will automatically be credited to a fundraising account in your club's name.

How do I get the follow-up emails?

We send them to you. You will get one every 10 days during the fundraising programs first 30 days, then once a month after.

How will we know when we have reached a new fundraising level?

The program automatically continues from month to month. Women's soccer is going to be in the news a lot this year and next with the Olympics and the Women's Professional League starting. As long as you create sales, keep it going. You may opt out at any point with no obligation or penalty by sending a simple email to us.

How will we know when we have reached a new fundraising level?

You can request a 24-hour update by email. Or the follow-up email you receive from us - 10 days after the time you sign up, and 10 days before the end of the program-will include the latest sales figures.

How long does the fundraiser last?

How do we get paid?

After 30 days you receive your first monthly report. Each monthly report includes the total number of books sold during that month, and the amount of money that will be sent to you by check within 10-14 days.

What are the shipping options?

Your club has two options: Individual UPS Shipping and FREE Bulk Shipping.

For club members who want timely delivery, or delivery to a specific address, standard UPS rates and service apply. You don't do anything to get this.

If you want to offer your buyers FREE shipping and handling, you need to check the BULK SHIPPING OPTION during sign up. Buyers who want free shipping and handling—and are willing to wait for delivery at the end of your 30-day cycle—select bulk shipping instead of standard UPS shipping on the order page.

At the end of your 30-day fundraising cycle the books ordered with free S&H will be delivered to a single address of your choosing (this is decided when you sign up). Before the books arrive you receive an email from us listing all members who ordered using this delivery option. This allows you time to send out notification of the appropriate pick-up time and location.
